Every since Cameron resigned in 2016 (whistling a jaunty tune to make it clear he DNGAF), it seems like we're just waiting for the next, inevitable, resignation from an incompetent Prime Minister. Time for real change #VoteGreen
Translation: Staying on to take the fall for the disastrous results in Gorton and Denton and the local elections in May.
BREAKING: Keir Starmer is not resigning and will be 'concentrating on the job in hand', Downing Street has said

His mood this morning has been described as 'upbeat' and 'confident'
February 9, 2026 at 1:09 PM
Exactly this! When Starmer has to make a decision he will always side with rich, establishment interests. He stands for nothing except keeping himself in office.
Are they even able to stop claiming scrutiny of Keir Starmer is somehow unjust?

FFS, he’s the Prime Minister who appointed as ambassador, an already scandal ridden friend he knew had an ongoing relationship with a convicted child-sex-abuser

His capacity to make good decisions matters - a lot
While there is justified outrage about Mandelson, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor &others, the relentless media focus on Keir Starmer (who was NOT mentioned in any Epstein file) is overdone.
By contrast, no focus on Farage who WAS mentioned (and who, BTW, applauded the appointment of Mandelson)…

In 1925, experienced mountaineer Prof. John Norman Collie told a climbing club in the Scottish Highlands, that he believed something strange stalked the highest peak of the local Cairngorm mountain range.

Something that scared him so badly he vowed never to return...

If the Greens defeat Farage in Gorton and Denton, it'll change politics forever. I think that's worth donating a few quid to, don't you?

"The Shoes on the Danube Promenade" is a memorial of 60 cast-iron shoes along the river’s bank in Budapest. It honours the thousands of Jewish people who, in the winter of 1944-1945, were shot on the banks of the Danube by members of the Arrow Cross Party – who collaborated with the Nazis.

Because of Starmer’s factionalism, I have Iain Duncan Smith as my MP rather than @faizashaheen.bsky.social because Keir prefers Tories to ppl who actually want meaningful change. Enough! Vote Green!
Labour MPs are rightly calling today's decision 'petty factionalism'. It's time to stop being disappointed in them, and instead join the only campaign that can beat Reform in this by-election:

Another Labour government, another u-turn on ID cards! Starmer is so lacking in vision, he had to revisit already failed policies from almost years ago.
The Government have u-turned on ID Cards.

Good.

From Nigel Farage to this caricature, it's been striking to see how little of a shit the right now gives about antisemitism.
After all, when a Labour leader was accused of it, they were deeply, gravely concerned.
No idea who Laurent Brindeau is, but isn’t this caricature of @zackpolanski.bsky.social in today’s @dailymailpolitics.bsky.social ragingly antisemitic?
