I once read someone describe Brutalism as "concretized anxiety" and that summed up how I felt about it perfectly.

One of my favorite examples of testing woo beliefs was letting someone who says they can "feel radio waves" "accidentally" see the WiFi router lights being on or off during part of test.
Except that wasn't the actual WiFi, which was on the whole time. They could not tell.

if this ever happens to you, the best thing to do is to reply-all with "please do not send any more emails" so that everyone knows not to send them. in order to make sure everyone sees this message you may need to re-send it every three to five minutes
A student somehow accidentally emailed the entire NYU faculty and the reply-all carnage is like a freeway pile-up

sitting in a waiting room this morning while my partner had a 6 hour long cancer removal surgery when I saw the news that the insurance CEO was shot. Im paying out of pocket because the best alternative for us is partial coverage @ 1000 a month with a 15000 deductible. Anyway heres a unrelated comic
