When you think about it, this is two AI trying to convince each other they’re human.
Can’t wait to see the mudslide of AI generated videos on Disney+ made by raving Star Wars fanboys of their *better* versions of the movies…

Yeah, I don’t think we need to take three steps backwards and reboot Vine, whether it bans AI content or not.

The OTHER Old School Gaming, Part 2
Back in 2022 I kitbashed an old TRS-80/Tandy Color Computer 2 into a modern PC using a RaspberryPI 4. I had so much fun doing it, I immediately began my ideas for another Kitbash, this time using a TRS-80 Model 4.

Can't wait for this bubble to burst.
Sources: Mira Murati's Thinking Machines Lab is in early talks to raise a new round of funding at a roughly $50B valuation, potentially rising to $55B-$60B (Bloomberg)

We are the Gabe.

Your PC will be assimilated.

Your Xbox and PlayStation distinctiveness will be added to our own.

Your console culture will adapt to service us.

Resistance is futile.

Netflix should just bring back DVD games like Atmosfear instead of dicking about pretending to be a AAA games studio.

lol from looking to develop massive IP and AAA titles to releasing Pong for smart TVs….
Netflix is shifting its video game strategy to focus on popular titles like Pictionary, Boggle, and Tetris, playable on TVs with smartphones as controllers (Nicole Sperling/New York Times)

Two pitches out today, one that if it goes further I’ll be fucking cheesing about for years. And that’s after being told not to bother - “for reasons” - yet the person responded within ten minutes asking to see it.

I don’t get why people won’t take chances, especially in this market. You have to.

JFC, does Disney have any idea how much this is going to cost them, and that they can't possibly charge a large enough subscription fee in the current market? Like, young parents are not going to pay $200-300/month for little Jenny to make bad Frozen fanfic. www.hollywoodreporter.com/business/dig...
Disney+ to Allow User-Generated Content Via AI
Disney CEO Bob Iger hinted at "productive conversations" with unnamed AI companies that would protect IP but add new features to the studio's flagship streaming service.

If the Steam Machine comes under the price of a next-gen Xbox or PS6 then it’s going to fuck up the console market for good, which are essentially moving towards being PCs anyway.

I’d buy one for the living room, the Xbox would be a doorstop.

I wonder if Rockstar leadership envisaged this kind of response when they decided to fire 30+ workers in a union?
Video game giant Rockstar has sacked more than 30 workers across the UK, including my constituents working at their Edinburgh office. I urged Ministers to support workers who have lost their jobs, and stop this from happening again.
