Just bananas. Numbers benefit the left because their policies are better for the economy. Half of this country can’t figure that out and keeps making the same mistake, electing idiots.
CNN: When the jobs report comes out, are you going to believe the numbers?

REP. RANDY FINE: Um, I'm going to look at the numbers. Look, the people who put these numbers together are human & fallible and make mistakes

C: It wasn't that they make mistakes

F: Numbers always tend to benefit the left

Hindsight is a bitch for these guys, but they must be betting they’ll be dead before the yokels figure it out and drag them out into the streets. Who cares what history says about em if they get to live like royalty.
Mike Johnson just said if you are for reducing the deficit, this bill is for you.

The bill adds 3-4 trillion dollars to the deficit.

They just lie.

Hopefully we don’t get Tiananamin square protester levels. Not walking away from that. But definitely need to keep flipping them off.

They’re going to break everything because they don’t understand it.
Trump: "DOGE has installed geniuses with an engineering mindset and unbelievably talented people on computers. I actually asked Elon one time, what's their primary thing? And they have a lot of primary things all having to do with being smart."

So when will Congress decide to do their jobs? They must impeach, but they will fail in their duty as they have for the past 100 days. I firmly believe there will be a comeuppance in the future for all of the criminals who aided this.
Article I, Section 9, Clause 8:

“no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.”

The Democrats are the party that says government will make you smarter, taller, richer, and remove the crabgrass on your lawn. The Republicans are the party that says government doesn't work and then they get elected and prove it.

P. J. O'Rourke
“Well, we’re doing a shitty job running it, so it must not be that great”has basically been the Republican m.o. for the last forty years.
Today Cindy Hyde-Smith asked about disaster declarations MS is waiting for and requested assurance that FEMA will continue supporting MS as it has in the past. Kristi Noem answered that Trump's failure to respond shows why FEMA should be phased out.

As a fairly long term school board member who has sat through meetings where the public was fairly menacing (Covid masking), and heard commentary from folks I totally disagree with, these people are total snowflakes. If you can’t defend yourself, you shouldn’t have the job.
Trump says that any American who shows “dissension” against MAGA should be “immediately ejected” from their member of Congress’ town halls.

This is fascism.

Read a USA Today opinion column titled “Musk risked Tesla's health to help our country. We should thank him, not hate him.” thinking it would be satire. It wasn’t. WTF?

Hey. If someone is an idiot and everyone around him is afraid to tell him he’s an idiot, is he an emperor? I think I read a story about this once but feel like I’m living it now.

End citizens united
The concentration of wealth in the hands of an elite few isn't just bad for our economy. It's corrosive to our democracy.

When the wealthy and well-connected control our political system, the American people don't have a voice.

The result? Demagoguery and corruption.

Just another stupid is as stupid does scenario
Showing off clearly doctored photos with a dumb look on your face?

Wow, it really *is* McCarthyism all over.

Roy Cohn would be so proud of you, sir!
Trump fabricates a photo of Mr. Garcia with MS-13 tattoo on his hand. This is NOT a real image. Trump and his regime fabricated it. Please understand that Trump regime would fabricate evidence to put you or your family in jail. This is what FASCISM regimes do. www.mediaite.com/trump/trump-...

Propaganda is real. Half the country thinks this guy is a stud. Of course, Russia thinks Putin is riding around shirtless on a horse, so…

His ass is as wide as the Gulf of Mexico! 🤣😂🤣

Just another example of how none of these people Trump appointed know how anything works. Makes you wonder about the guy who appointed them, huh? Mister “I’m not a smart businessman but I played one on TV”. Shame on our country for voting for the fool.
RFK Jr. is very loud and very WRONG about Autism.

1. It’s not a disease
2. There are thousands of people with Autism Spectrum Disorder who pay taxes, have jobs, can use the bathroom on their own, and are thriving in life.

I keep telling myself that if this country survives Trump there will be a lot of learning/laws changed to prevent the near destruction of a pretty darn good country. I thought the constitution had that covered, but the Supreme Court obviously has different ideas.

BREAKING: DOGE is starting to put together a team to migrate the SSA's computer systems entirely off one of its oldest programming languages in a matter of months, potentially putting the integrity of the system—and the benefits on which tens of millions of Americans rely—at risk.
DOGE Plans to Rebuild SSA Codebase In Months, Risking Benefits and System Collapse
Social Security systems contain tens of millions of lines of code written in COBOL, an archaic programming language. Safely rewriting that code would take years—DOGE wants it done in months.

Just wow… first transgenic mice and now the Enola Gay. This administration must not have finished junior high. This is all due to a failure to educate the electorate and the sad fact that one voter’s ignorance carries the same weight as another’s expertise. A true clown show.

Horrifying, and I’m sure quite accurate. Will this truth be unpacked in 2, 4, or 8 years, or in 100 when examining the fall of America?
tired of people treating trump like he is anything other than an ego-driven simpleton (i wrote this, this is a piece about why he is nothing more than an ego driven simpleton.)

It is hard to describe the president’s first month and a half in office as something other than a retribution campaign against the American people.
