I still don’t understand how insurance is a thing. Why do we trust companies who are deeply disincentivized to provide the service we are ostensibly paying them to provide, and why do they alone get to decide whether or not to provide it?

We had curry takeaway this weekend, and we had some curry left over but we ran out of rice to eat with it. Rather than bother with cooking more rice, I put the curry into quesadillas. This was brilliant and I am a culinary genius.

Sometimes I watch streams like that State of Play and just think, "Man...maybe I'm just not the target audience for big games any more." But then I think about my favorite games from last year, and they're almost all big-name, mainstream, popular stuff (Clair Obscur, Mario Kart, Hades II, etc.).
