Yup. I said this earlier today, but it was only a guess. Thanks for confirming it. It is no coincidence that of the 8 who came forward to do this, none of them are running in 2026. But they ran cover for some who are.

I recently did this at my job. I stopped doing “required” but pointless, and soul-crushing busywork.
Instead, I worked on improving our systems and processes. And I still outperformed everyone on my team.
Now I’m being considered for a promotion.
