We second this attitude
Never give up.
If you ever wish to become the quirky caretaker of a haunted riverboat casino who eventually becomes the subject of a very popular true crime documentary, I know you can do it.
I believe in you.

Oh we’re the darkness alright 🌚
Which best matches your mood?

1. wayward time traveler
2. driftwood cast ashore
3. slumping pumpkin
4. darkness on the edge of town

Today, November 16th, is the anniversary of the first newspaper report detailing a sighting of Mothman.

It appeared in the Point Pleasant Register as front page news in 1966.

Was the sighting down to out of place migrating herons? Or cranes?

Or was it something else?

In Icelandic folklore, the Huldufólk (“hidden people”) are mystical beings said to dwell in rocky mounds and hills, unseen by most humans. They live in harmony with nature, shaping customs & landscape lore. 🌄

Did he blame us? (It seems logical to, to be honest)
In 1809, Benjamin Bathurst vanished without leaving a trace. Apart from his trousers. And his cloak. And possibly his skull. Luckily, James has a theory NO ONE has considered before...

Fact
This meeting could have been an email.
Even better, it could have been summarized on ink stained parchment, rolled up into a tube made of ancient bone, and delivered by a witch trained raven, still smelling of sulpher and malice.
