They're trying so hard to portray normalcy and compliance but that's just not reality. Americans do not want this and they are out in the streets protesting.
If you look around, you can find footage of protests all over social media, but that's the only place you'll see it.

The reason why is exposure. It's pretty hard to hate a certain demographic when they are your friends and neighbours. When you see them as people in your community. Bigger cities are typically blue for this reason.
I’ll let you in on a secret. Blue states are blue due to dense progressive bubbles. Rest of the state is just as racist and phobic.
I would advise leaving red states if possible and within your means

This is a backdoor. Elon's coders are creating a backdoor into the US Treasury. This is incredibly dangerous both because of its intended use (by Elon and Trump) and the risk of other actors exploiting a major security vulnerability to cause a massive disruption to the US government.

Any four Republican Senators could stop this at any time simply by threatening to block all action (or even caucus with the Democrats) if Trump doesn't make certain concessions.
