She never lived to see this moment, but it’s worth remembering that none of this would have happened without Virginia Giuffre.

She had the courage to speak out against power and privilege when it was just her word against Andrew’s.

Thanks to her, justice & accountability may finally have its day.

I have been saying this for almost a year and it is long past due for Dems to adopt this framing for 2 reasons:

1) it is entirely and demonstrably true.

2) the public must be prepared for the enormity of what will be required to dismantle the criminal organization and create a better democracy.

Beyond that (which yes is important), barely a hint of *why* - "But unlike the U.S.-Israeli assault last June, Mr. Trump’s objectives now are less clear" - and absolutely no discussion of whether and how whatever they're planning would achieve whatever that goal might be.
In this entire piece there is not a hint of even a semblance of a legal argument for how a war of this scale would be legal or authorized.

There is quite simply no legal or constitutional authority for Trump to launch a war of choice against Iran.

None. Zero. Nothing.

So far it looks like Trump, Noem, and operation metro surge drained Minneapolis alone—not yet counting St. Paul, Bloomington, etc.— $203 million. This was a MAGA Trump assault on an American blue city. Nothing more. Start seeing it.

Ossoff: "Among today's false prophets are the election deniers who indulge this president's obsession with overturning the 2020 election. We can't fall into right-wing populism’s lie that the most vulnerable in society are to blame for wealth inequality in our countries. We need to build movements that tell the truth: the story of wealth inequality is not a cultural one, but a class one.
