If children were more politically active they would be quite pissed to be told that their screen time is “the most urgent public health issue” while the largest measles outbreak since the vaccine sweeps their schools because of conspiracies that the adults in their life believed from social media.

Just checking, it's now ok to flee your homeland, because you're afraid for your safety, and seek refuge in another Country?

Glad we've cleared that up. Let's hear no more about immigration and refugees then.

No joke: I got angry hate mail today for writing an obituary of a Black woman scientist—because the person felt she did didn’t deserve the recognition.

Which just makes me want to share it again: www.nature.com/articles/d41...

At first I thought this table was a joke. But no, the proposals to restore the Houses of Parliament really are costed at a min of £8.4b and to take 19 yrs; max, £19.4b and 84 yrs. A normal country would go: that's absurd. Let's build a new one for a billion.

Nothing has highlighted just how technically illiterate the senior business management and political classes are right now as the whole AI thing.

Just an entire generation of "leaders" incapable of spotting a bad sales pitch because of some woo woo tech words that sound cool.
We want to make sure tutoring isn't the preserve of a lucky few, but accessible to every child who needs it.

AI can help us do that.

No, I don't need the AI to summarize. No, I don't need the AI to help me search. No, I don't need the AI to help me resize the margins. No, I don't need the AI to do anything.

What I need is to hit the print icon without your product crashing from all of the AI popups.
