San Francisco teachers will enter their 4th day on strike Thursday, unless a deal is made late tonight.

The average schoolteacher makes $20K less than the average librarian, and a whole lot less than police, firefighters, leg aides, and nurses.

Seems bad that SFUSD is slipping in a contract with OpenAI for a whopping 12,000 end users with a REDACTED price tag, way out at the end of the meeting between requests for field trips and heater upgrades… 🤔🤔

I regularly have to go out for lunch by myself in San Francisco.
There is a serious lack of sit down restaurants that have affordable lunch plates that make a coherent, quick, and enjoyable lunch for one person.
