Different leaders, different countries, but WM plays the same game as Trump. It’s never about security or drugs. It’s about stripping resources: oil, minerals, power. The Brits have drained nations for centuries and still bleeds Scotland. We haven’t walked away yet, but that reckoning is coming.

I get an irk about Edinburgh's festivals in Aug and the Xmas/New Year celebrations - all managed by companies headquartered in London, it's something that happens TO Edinburgh rather than WITH Edinburgh.
Same as our politics in Scotland, it happens to Scots not WITH Scots!
