It’s time for Scotland to move beyond the union – and claim our rightful place on the world stage.

Anas Sarwar only emerges from his shell when there's bad news hitting the Scottish Government.

Otherwise, he's barely visible or audible in the political landscape.

Hiding until opportunity strikes is who Sarwar is.

Westminster and the British establishment has been mired in sleaze and scandal time & time again.

Power and privilege routinely enable wrongdoing or at the very least protect those involved from real consequences.

Caught in scandal, shielded by power and protected by privilege.

On Thursday 7 May, let’s keep Scotland connected to 𝗼𝘂𝗿 Parliament.

🟡 Vote SNP in your constituency.

🟢 Vote Scottish Greens on the regional list.

❌️ Labour in turmoil.

❌️ Reform UK utterly
unthinkable.

❌️ Tories and Lib Dems adrift from reality.

Whether Starmer stays or goes, what will remain is the same broken Westminster system that fails to serve Scotland.

For the Scotland we want, we need independence.

🇬🇧 Despite Anas Sarwar knowing that Pam Duncan-Glancy continues to have a very close ‘friendship’ with a twice convicted Child Sex Offender, she retains the LABOUR whip, and the FULL SUPPORT of Anas Sarwar

🇬🇧 Both Sarwar and Starmer have knowingly endorsed associates of known Child Sex Offenders

It’s absolutely amazing but sadly not surprising that despite the turmoil in the Labour Party, the branch office manager is getting off extremely lightly… unless, of course, he’s busy slagging off Scotland and everything the Scottish Government has achieved with its progressive policies.

Anas Sarwar has always been one of the most deceitful, grifting politicians in Scotland and it never ceases to amaze me how some people fall for that deception. It's always been an illusion that he believes in progressive politics rather than his own self-importance, image and career.

Not a fan of Jeremy Clarkson or The Sun, but his Jan 31 column that's doing the rounds on social media is actually spot on.

With a big majority, Labour could introduce free further education in England.

Scots can’t access free uni places in England.

Maybe we need a one-for-one deal, or even better, Westminster could just get its act together.

Instead, they just attack Scotland.

It’s telling that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor is rarely called “the King’s brother” in news stories, while Peter Murrell is always “Nicola Sturgeon’s husband”.

From now on, it has to be nothing other than: “King Charles’s brother, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor”.

What’s good for the goose… 🪿

From now to the election any post referring to the Leader of Scottish Labour should be referred to as 'Old friend of Peter Mandelson, Anas Sarwar' and that should start at FMQ's this week.

The Scottish Parliament has been around for 27yrs.

A Labour run coalition for the 1st 8yrs.

Since then it’s been pro-indy governments.

After almost 2 decades of pro-indy leadership, Unionists want to drag it back under Westminster control.

That says everything about where their priorities lie.

After the election, there is no automatic process for deciding who becomes FM, regardless of the result.

The MSPs vote to choose the FM.

If unionist parties back Sarwar or Offord, it would be a deliberate move to oust the SNP. That’s all they care about.

We can't give them the numbers they need.

It’s clear the mainstream media have their knives out ahead of May’s election.

Westminster owned & funded “Scottish” unionist parties still hold nearly half of Holyrood seats and are coming for Scotland's Parliament and its progressive record.

We can’t afford to stand by and let it happen.

At Westminster, Scotland-only parties hold a meaningless 1.4% of seats, while UK “Scottish” Unionist parties hold 7.4%.

Meanwhile, in our own 𝗦𝗖𝗢𝗧𝗧𝗜𝗦𝗛 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗟𝗜𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧, UK-wide unionist parties still control a hefty 43% of MSPs on devolved matters.

Representation isn’t equal.

Minimising Westminster controlled & Westminster financed parties and their MSP's at Holyrood in May has never mattered more.

I'd be more than happy with a single-party SNP majority but that is extremely unlikely.

so voting SNP 1, Greens 2 is crucial to protect Scotland’s progressive policies.

Westminster has had over 300 years to get it right, and to be politely frank, they’ve made a complete mess of it and it’s only getting worse.

Scotland has another option.
