A few Scottish stickers I have kept since the 1970s when we used to put them on envelopes. I met MacDiarmid after a lecture by David Daiches in the George Square Theatre in Edinburgh commemorating his 80th birthday.

It's amazing how u can throw basically any word into the Epstein docs search & get like 800 instances of that word being used in the creepiest way by the most powerful people you never heard of before googling who they are and exactly how many prestigious world institutions they are hired/lauded by

We are starting to see the progress. If all goes well, we could be able to use the studio by next weekend. We have some electrical wiring to get done and then we can fit out the control room.

Please support us if you can afford it.

Great @scottishgreens.org day of action in Kirkcudbright today, following a busy day in Ringford and Laurieston on Friday. Loving seeing all our activists out and about, especially the four-legged helpers. #VoteGreen

I went to the Brampton Museum to see Rob Pointon’s exhibition. He’s painted all these in January and it’s an ever changing showcase. Get down there if you live in Stoke or N-U-L. He was outside painting so I got to give him some praise and heard a bit of his process.

Everybody to Kenmure Street has won an international award at Sundance Film Festival. Well timed, cos it will remind doubters, haters & sceptics that neighbours will protect one another against an authoritarian state - in Glasgow 2021 or Minneapolis today. www.thenational.scot/news/2581367...

In case this goes over some heads, the 'black and tans' were Britain's paramilitary police in Ireland during the War of Independence.

After years of burning out whole towns and murdering innocent people, many went straight to Palestine to do the very same, preparing the way for Israeli takeover.
This cartoon is just over one hundred years old.

Scottish Labour are not just the opposition to the Scottish Government, they are the oppositition to the Scottish people.

#ScottishIndependence
As Scottish Labour limp on to they have had 19 years in opposition in the Scot Parl. And they have still yet to adapt to how to be an opposition party, challenge the SNP & critique the status quo in Scotland. Part of it is they became so used to being a system party & have not been able to adapt.

'First Lady is a preening, scowling void of pure nothingness in this ghastly bit of propaganda.'

"That's just nitpicking isn't it?"

'This one was merely a three word review, just said "Shit bland witch.'

"Where'd they print that? That's not real is it?"

The easiest way to support the Scottish Drinks Industry is to vote for Scottish Independence.

Scotland will create £14 BILLION, in VAT alone, in 2026. Up a THIRD, in 5 years. It all goes to Westminster.

The rest of the UK Tax and Duty system is lazy, archaic and easily dodged, by the big players.

Trump is trying to starve Cuba into submission — and millions of people will suffer.

This is economic warfare, plain and simple. Hands off Cuba!

ICE coming soon to the UK, using Tommy Robinson's racist posse in England, and the Orange Order in Scotland.
Wondering why I am so angry and vocal about the UK Govt building a toolkit for tyrants?

In the USA, ICE agents took facial rec for tracking ‘non-citizens’ (so grim in itself!) and then immediately used it to build themselves a database of human rights protestors. www.nytimes.com/2026/01/30/t...
