The only response here is a motion to enjoin the whole operation

If the government's position is "I'm sorry your honor but we don't be the capacity to both respect constitutional rights and conduct the operation as it is currently being conducted" the answer is "then you must stop the operation"

Really appreciate this clarity of writing from Judge Blackwell: "Continued detention is not lawful just because compliance with release orders is administratively difficult or because an operation has expanded beyond the government's capacity to execute it lawfully."
Judge Blackwell continues:

"Having what you feel are too many detainees, too
many cases, too many deadlines, and not enough
infrastructure to keep up with it all, is not a defense to
continued detention. If anything, it ought to be a warning
sign."

Well, it happens they were doing exactly that.

CBP defines 'border' as 100 miles from a coast. Two-thirds of the US population live in the 'border zone.' And we literally have viral footage of them executing people.

So keeping CBP 'at the border' and bodycams would mean much of the country can still be terrorized by CBP and executed on film
Dems coalescing around 5 restrictions on ICE, I'm told:

DHS required to cooperate with state probes (big)
CBP stays at border
warrants for arrests
IDs, bodycams
ICE out of churches, schools
