The Guardian is reporting that Trump is openly violating a court order, and has transferred multiple transgender women to men's facilities.

We know in Florida, transgender women are having their hair shorn, feminine items confiscated, and pulled off medication.

This is inhumane and illegal.

The EEOC is dropping investigations of anti-trans discrimination, including "allegations that trans workers at Wendy’s were called 'it' as well as claims that employees at the Lush cosmetics chain were subjected to inappropriate touching and explicit comments about their genitalia."
Trump administration moves to drop transgender discrimination cases
The EEOC, citing executive orders targeting gender identity, is aiming to dismiss half a dozen cases, marking a reversal in U.S. civil rights enforcement.

An important read.
I just read this great slate article written by someone who works at OPM. If you have the time, worth the read.

Here's a thread about how trans people can approach remaining informed of the news in a way that prioritizes pragmatism, self-care, and building resistance.

It's based on what I'm doing personally. So, fyi, I'm more anxious than usual, but holding up substantially.

Every rep has multiple offices. If one office doesn't answer or their voicemail is full, try another. Tell them you're a constituent and if they don't shape up you'll never vote for them again (doesn't matter if you're going to vote for them in the first place or not: threaten their jobs).
Yes, please, please call your republican reps. They work for you too. This is a constitutional crisis and their actions are unpatriotic, un-American and cowardly. All the stuff they claim to hate
Okay came back and a speaker is saying call your reps - especially your R reps. I know that seems small, but I like it - I almost never see Ds telling folks to call their R reps. Use that bully pulpit! Make 'em sweat!

Senator Andy Kim just went to the USAID building, talked to the security guard there to confirm employees are being barred entry, and then did a press gaggle right there in front to call it out.

This is doing something. This is making an effort on messaging. Other Democratic lawmakers: take notes.
