Your challenge for the day is to invent a ReformUK policy. On Shrove Tuesday next year we get to see if they’ve adopted it.

Remember, it should appeal to insane pensioners and absolutely nobody else. QT with yours!

Once again, men, you need to LISTEN TO WOMEN. Stop walking into them in the street. Stop talking to women you don't know wearing headphones or reading a book. And for heaven's sake, challenge your abusive male friends. #YesAllMen #Maaate

A man pushed me in the street, he wanted to teach me a lesson. Is that OK now? | Lucy Pasha-Robinson
Many women reading this will have experienced something similar: a warning that sharing public space isn’t a man’s job, it’s a woman’s, says Lucy Pasha-Robinson, a Guardian assistant Opinion editor

All those people telling me Labour were doing nothing to support Port Talbot through the steel works rebuilding are all very quiet now.

Here we have ANOTHER announcement, this time of a £11m Economic Growth and Investment Fund to support companies who offer skilled, well-paid jobs & help them grow.
New £11M fund opens to support jobs, growth and investment in Port Talbot
The newly-opened Economic Growth and Investment Fund is designed to support companies that offer skilled, well-paid employment opportunities and help them grow.

This is Bob Coveiro. He sat by his human's grave for 10 years until his own death in 2021. Pets were not permitted to be buried with humans, but he was given an exception. Now 5 years later, inspired by his loyalty, Brazil passed the Bob Coveiro Law allowing pets to be buried in family graves. 14/10

"Jaywalking" or, as we call it here, crossing the road

Remember when that kid in america got hit by a car walking to school and the parents of the kid were charged with negligence for *letting their child walk*?? Yeh that can fuck off too
There is speculation that the introduction of driverless cars could lead to jaywalking laws in the UK

65% of Britons would oppose making jaywalking a minor offence, including 41% "strongly opposed"

Only 24% are would support such rules

I thought Reform were all about saving money?

They've just cost us all another £63m....as that is what the government has now been forced to give councils undergoing reorganisation so they can afford to do that AND run & staff elections in this May.

The UK was declared measles free in 2017.

Vaccine programs completely eliminated it.

Since then, pro sickness conspiracy theorists and anti science idiots have enabled its return.
“Seven schools and a nursery have reported more than 60 suspected cases of measles in an area of north London, and labs have confirmed 34 cases since January 12. Some children have been treated in hospital.”

Please be careful in London. I have spent 25 years there, but I have never heard a story as frightening as this one from today in which nothing at all happened.

Decades ago, I went skiing and it was fun but not addictive. However one evening went went to a mountain-top bar for glühwein and then tobogganed back down to our hotel in the dark, and it was FUCKING AWESOME.

I’d love to do it again, but not sure I could, sober.
The thing about the skeleton and the luge is that you have to learn whether you would be good at the skeleton or the luge, and I don't know how we don't hear about more people dying from finding out if they were good at the skeleton or the luge.
