Of course, a former public defender.
this jumped out at me too. the Court denied denied this guy's motion to waive the fees AND said 'he be filing frivolous stuff so don't accept any more noncriminal petitions from him unless he pays'

and KBJ is like...ok this is an insane rule to apply to an indigent person serving a 70-year sentence
Justice Jackson takes an interesting stand today. SCOTUS often waives the filing fees for indigent parties—but refuses to do so after they file multiple "frivolous" petitions. Jackson says that's unfair and dissents from the practice moving forward. www.supremecourt.gov/orders/court...

Not to mention the tens of thousands of service members who fought and gave their lives to create the new world order and the pathway for these leaders to create and foster this collective security. May their sacrifice not have been in vain.
2026 is going to be a very dark year for US foreign policy, where everything that was built over many decades by leaders for collective security is torn apart by one madman, but only because people in his own party remain silent.

And yet only Minnesota is being occupied by masked thugs over "immigration."

It's *not* about immigration.

@cnn.com why do you still give this guy a voice? He’s tanking Abby Phillip’s show
The thing is, some people can make mistakes, get things wrong, be careless, etc. But that’s not what Jennings did here. Jennings knowingly, purposefully and intentionally lied to utterly distort what was said, which CNN pays him to do every day. CNN is the enabler of this.

Bro, people are going to build entire lives around the neighbors they’ve found in these anti-ICE signal chats. Marriages, lifelong friendships, weird hobbies. It is actually breaking my brain. I am almost crying in the club (chat).

At one point today, there were 283 Minnesota attorneys doing a training on how to file emergency habeas petitions to keep our neighbors from being shipped out of state and held indefinitely.

That would be the second largest law firm in the state. And that training was just put together this week.

Yes, it’s democratically brilliant.
Requiring ICE agents to wear prominent identification is good. But a system of ”citizens should walk up very close to agents extending their phone to hold next to the agent” is a Dem-brained way of getting people beaten and killed under this administration.
Everyone can relax. Democrats have a solution to all this...

Rep. Ritchie Torres is introducing a bill that would require ICE agents to wear scannable QR codes linking to webpages with their names.

It’s a lawless totalitarian occupation of an American city.
I know people on Bsky know this but I hope it filters out: The feds are OCCUPYING the Twin Cities. This is a blockade, a siege. They are shutting down economic and civic activity. They are conducting "papers please" stops. They are criminalizing being a bystander/witness.

You could be next.
