I made chicken wings tonight, using the air fry setting on my oven for the first time and the results are excellent. I used to do the Alton Brown steam, chill, bake method but it's laborious. This was 35 minutes at 425 and done. Bonus: my wife prefers drumettes and I prefer the flats.
