Haven't been posting lots of pics bc most of the time we just eat v simply. Case in point last night: fish (butter, lemon, capers), potato & crunchy stir fried broccolini with hint of garlic.
But as Michelle Obama says, "Most of life is just ordinary."

Worst ever photos for some of my favourite dishes ever
1: prawns & lobster tails on the BBQ at home
2. beef carpaccio at a "Vietnamese inspired" restaurant with lemongrass, lime & a sauce made of magic. This gets double points bc I didn't think I could ever ADORE beef carpaccio

Bread today, my cycle seems to be every 10 days. It’s not sourdough but I make a poolish overnight, next day is dough making, stretch and fold, ferment about 4 hours, pre shape 1 hr, shape then leave it overnight in fridge, bake….
