This is very important information.
As of 12/24/25, USPS changed policy on when they postmark mail. Mail dropped off is no longer guaranteed a same-day postmark. Tax returns & other time-sensitive items are now stamped when they reach a regional processing center, which may be days later. Plan deadlines accordingly to avoid penalties.

So the EU is getting rid of de minimis for duties on small parcels next year. I had heard this is coming, but one of our international carriers, APC Postal Logistics, has provided more information. tl;dr, expect a €3 duty PER ITEM to be added to mail orders, Kickstarter rewards, etc. starting 07/26.
