Good wander today to a new spot (within 2km of the house), after living here 20 years….

Out this evening to the square, so should be good….recognition skills will be needed to spot folk….due to woolly hats/darkness….at least until the fireworks kick off

Have a fab Hogmanay all!

Hey folks. I just got a letter from Nigel. He signed his name with a wee cross after it➕like a Catholic bishop, and that made me pay attention. I’ll not be wasting the Freepost envelope. I’ll be sending it back with one of my wee cards of the Beattitudes (or blessings) of Jesus.

This year we’ve been upgraded to “The Annexe of Estrangement”.

Apart from a model shark on the bed and an excess of gym equipment, all is looking good.

But what the hell is going on with the pumpkin summoning charm on the other side of the room? And who needs 5 freezers?

Driverless cars are malfunctioning in SF’s power outage & are blocking intersections, turn lanes, and streets all over the city right now. This is impeding buses, emergency vehicles, and other traffic. It is forcing pedestrians outside crosswalks and cars to use oncoming traffic lanes. It’s a mess.
