Sort of a delayed reaction here, but this plan puts Gaza and the PA under a US-led international protectorate, and the only mention it makes of the UN is as an aid-delivery service.
Part of that is Israel's UN allergy. But it's still pretty shocking for anyone who was an adult from 1992-2024.

If we are going to have judges recuse themselves for the comments of their wives - imagine there will be number of cases involving Thomas and Alito if it pertains to Trump or right wing advocacy issues, in which they should have to do the same.
