struggling with shutdown. the past month has tremendously overwhelmed me. doing my best not to lose communication, but i feel myself fading away more.

i don't know how to navigate becoming higher and higher support needs without any access to more support and only increasing responsibilities.

Rest is good. It’s vital, whether you’re chronically ill or not.

But when you’re chronically ill, it’s really goddamned annoying. Like oh, thank you, body, guess I’ll just lie here and think about all the shit I was supposed to do but can’t because you threw a shit fit.

UPDATE: Sibling was approved for a housing loan, and one of bio mom's friends saw what she was doing and shored up the rest needed for my sibling to make the down payment. Keys have been acquired! Still in #Urgent need of electric hookup, food, fuel, and $750 rent again on the 1st.

Bodily autonomy is a human right.

Transness isn't a disease that needs to be cured. We're a normal part of the spectrum that is the human condition. And we deserve to have the final say over our own bodies - not just because of the harm if we don't, but because they belong to us and not the state.

I've found that Autistic people tend to lean to one or the other extreme when it comes to how we react to peer pressure. Either we are VERY resistant to it or very vulnerable to it. This is one reason a lot of us are still staunch maskers- even those of us without known immunocompromised states.

Mixing cottage cheese with miso paste, a little mayonnaise, seasonings, and hot sauce and incorporating into hot rice - may sound disgusting, but I can't taste and the mouth feel is my favorite way to eat rice now
