AND IMPEACH AND REMOVE.

We need to clamor for that even if the votes aren't there—yet.

no matter what their political affiliation is and tell them they're not seeing what they are seeing. It's goddamn indefensible.

It's not just that these professional politics observers somehow failed to spot the obvious rise of American nativist thuggery.

It's how much energy they devoted to arguing the real problem was the volume, tone, and vocabulary of those raising the alarm about it.

Klobuchar: "Somehow 50,000 peaceful protesters in 10 below weather were able to march without any problems, and then the next day half a dozen ICE and CBP agents couldn't handle a guy with a cell phone taking video of them and shot him. I think it's pretty obvious what's going on here."

rightwingers see people caring about others in their community and instead of finding that inspiring they think it’s some sort of grand conspiracy because they don’t understand what it means to care for others you don’t personally know

Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O'Hara: "People have had enough. This is the third shooting in less than 3 weeks. The MPD went the entire year last year recovering about 900 guns from the street, arresting hundreds of violent offenders, and we didn't shoot anyone ... this is not sustainable."

I don’t want to fucking see outraged videos from politicians.

I want to see people calling emergency meetings at Congress.

I want to see members of Congress arriving at Congress in their Sunday casuals actually doing something.

absolutely correct. you can’t take a loaded gun to a protest. you gotta save that shit for walmart. or a church. or a school. there are RULES.
Kash Patel: "You cannot bring a firearm loaded with multiple magazines to any sort of protest that you want. It's that simple. You don't have the right to break the law and incite violence."

Every single piece of shit motherfucker who voted for Trump, or didn't vote at all, held the gun that put five bullets into the head of an innocent man who was already subdued and presented no threat.

They helped murder him. They own this. Never forgive and never forget.

Is the membership fee for a chunk of real estate in Jared Kushner’s “New Gaza” plan? Or is it going to Trump’s pocket via some offshore bank account based in Qatar? We may never know.

I just checked—it turns out that Art. II, Sec. 1 of the Constitution of the United States does *not* say "The executive Power shall be vested in a bunch of sociopaths who think they can do whatever the fuck they want and make shit up as they go along."

> "system crash” deleted nearly two weeks of surveillance footage from inside the facility

that's not how anything works they're lying and destroying evidence hope that helps
And what is happening inside ICE detention centers? 404 Media also learned that the federal government claimed that the day after it was sued for allegedly abusing detainees at an ICE detention center, a “system crash” deleted nearly two weeks of surveillance footage from inside the facility.
ICE Says Critical Evidence In Abuse Case Was Lost In 'System Crash' a Day After It Was Sued
The government also said "we don't have resources" to retain all footage and that plaintiffs could supply "endless hard drives that we could save things to."

Saying there must be trials isn't just an emotive aspiration.

Congress can:
- Create a new court (complying w/ 6A jury vicinage)
- Give it jurisdiction over defined category of crimes
- Also create dedicated prosecutors for the same
- Strip SCOTUS of appellate jurisdiction

It can be done.

I see DHS are trying to rewrite the narrative about what happened with the 5-year old taken from MN.

Here's the deal. Regardless of what caused their separation, if you have someone's kid and you do not *unconditionally* return them to their parent(s)/guardian(s) immediately, that's kidnapping.
