It’s crazy to have SIX dedicated security lines at LaGuardia airport just for Clear & give them priority at the THREE general boarding lanes. This is a tax-payer funded airport that seems to be trying to force people to give their biometric info over to a private company or get squeezed & squeezed.

Why is startup culture always “I am inventing a coffeeproof phone you can put in your coffee cup to keep it warm with cell radiation” and never “I’m inventing a new library wholesaler to replace the single company that is shutting down and sending libraries into crisis”

UVA now deserves to stand for "University of Vichy America."
The University of Virginia has capitulated to Trump on transgender and race (affirmative action) issues.

The details are currently sparse, but reporting suggests they've agreed to define trans people out of existence and ban trans students from facilities.

As part of a growing pattern of political retribution, Donald Trump's FBI has raided the home of a prominent administration critic. In this instance it happens to be John Bolton. The pretense is largely irrelevant.

Ann Arbor, do not fall for another disingenuous campaign to “save the parks.” It isn’t an anti-tax effort this time, it’s an anti-library AND anti-housing effort. Don’t let another generation go by to save a parking deck. Support the best public institution in this city. Vote yes on Props A & B.
