Yes. The Endangerment Finding survived in the DC Circuit in 2012 (they said it was "unambiguously correct"!), and the Court will absolutely thrash Trump EPA's repeal. I document some of the law & science flaws in the Trump EPA's proposal here: substack.com/home/post/p-...

The blue is coal. You can see where this is going. The game now is to keep the plants alive a few more years and let the old Trumpers squeeze a few more bucks out of corroding power plants and depleted mines.
Final EIA-860 is out, and 2025 really did it: 54 GW of new U.S. electric capacity, 96% clean. Solar again carries the offense, and we built more storage in 2025 than the cumulative total through 2023. More and more and more additions... but also record low retirements.

As I say here, there is no scientific justification to revoke the engagement finding. In fact, over the last 15+ yrs, the evidence of how climate change affects our health has only grown. Higher risk of allergies, dementia, fertility, heart disease, and death: that’s what’s on the line. @nature.org
There is No Scientific Justification to Revoke the Endangerment Finding
The U.S. EPA's decision to repeal the Endangerment Finding will limit the government's ability to regulate emissions of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases under the Clean Air Act.

At least for now, there is no longer a legal basis for the EPA to take action on climate change.

History will see this for what it is — an embarrassing, anti-scientific backslide that will jeopardize the well-being of billions of people and countless ecosystems for centuries to come.
Today, the Trump administration repealed the endangerment finding: the ruling that served as the basis for limits on tailpipe emissions and power plant rules. Without it, we’ll be less safe, less healthy and less able to fight climate change—all so the fossil fuel industry can make even more money.

There have been multiple abductions this morning in NE Minneapolis, Columbia Heights, and Fridley — I'll believe that there's an ICE drawdown when I see it. Until then, we're assuming that — like always — the administration is lying to us.

We keep us safe.
Someone was abducted at 10 AM by ICE on Central Ave. Their coworker says they’ve lived here for over 20 years, are documented, and have 3 kids who were born here.

Don’t be fooled by headlines when they’ve been lying to us the whole time. We still need you out patrolling until every agent is gone.

In a bid for ‘neutrality’, the IOC said Ukrainian skeleton racer Vladyslav Heraskevych’s helmet violated Rule 50, which bans political protest on Olympic sites

But punishing remembrance is not neutrality.

It's time to reform Rule 50 and protect free expression in line with international law.
the IOC’s anti-protest rules are fundamentally disproportionate and unnecessary to protect ‘the spirit’ of the games, designed to be broken. and i look forward to some statements of resistance, even modest ones.
