On the 1⃣ day of #COP30, the #LossAndDamageFund opened the call for proposals for its start-up phase.

#COP30 must give guidance to scale the Fund in line with needs & to center justice, rights, without this the Fund risks becoming a climate bank with neither money nor remedy.

En sak är åtminstone säker - några nya reaktorer står inte färdiga om tio år. Och om ett bygge blir av kan vi räkna med att kostnaderna skenar. Svensk elanvändning är nere på samma nivå som för 40 år sedan och priserna så låga att investeringar i ny kapacitet helt enkelt inte görs.
