Good luck Democrats….Might as well dissolve Congress. You sold us out. And now we’re selling you. Not a dime to any democratic campaign until your leadership changes. We’re done being played. Now it’s hardball our way - no donations for any of you.

AOC: "It is unconscionable that what we are debating right now is legislation that will give 8 senators over $1 million a piece & we're robbing people of their food assistance & healthcare to pay for it. How can we vote to enrich ourselves by stealing from the American people?"

We found the US is on track to have the fewest foreign food safety inspections since 2011, excluding pandemic years.

In recent years, the FDA has typically been able to conduct ~110 inspections each month, but in March, the number of inspections dropped almost in half.

Language buried in this shutdown “deal” allows 8 GOP Senators who tried to throw a coup, sue to get millions in taxpayer money—because Jack Smith got their phone records. THEY TRIED TO THROW A COUP. There is no excuse for any Dem supporting this. This is absolutely wrong. Full stop—Period.

Heh @shaheen.senate.gov , why does your bill have a provision in it allowing only 8 GOP senators to sue the federal govt because they don't like the DOJ investigating them? What problem facing the country does this provision solve? How is it a "bipartisan" solution when only GOP senators can sue?

Great video about what’s happening in the Senate. Still time to apply pressure on key senators.
Is the shutdown over? Not yet.
Tonight’s vote was only step 1 of 5.
There’s still another 60-vote hurdle, amendments, AND then the House.
Pressure matters right now—especially on Kaine, Rosen, Hassan, Shaheen.
Stay loud.

This you guys…? On a PROMISE..?!! After everything we’ve been through so far and you’re going to cave…?! Get a backbone. Mid-terms aren’t coming soon enough.
Sure, I've had my doubts, but it turns out Chuck Schumer really can deliver. For Republicans.

So what’s the point of asking if he’s ‘aware’ of him? What is the answer they wanted to hear…? What action would they have taken if it was ‘yes’ or ‘no’? And what business is it of theirs if he had been to NYC at any point in time?
