It's hard not to be haunted by details of the Epstein files right now, but it is also increasingly clear the spectacle of the files themselves is a distraction.

We risk losing focus on the structural corruption itself and those wielding it.

As someone whose ancestors fought for half a century for a better South Africa, I find this utterly infuriating.

The ANC created an annual holiday to commemorate a police massacre of 91 people in 1960 yet in 2026 celebrates a regime whose police just slaughtered 30,000+ protesters in a few days.
