Was prescribed a new medication for my diabetes by my endocrinologist. Whilst I am looking forward to its ancillary use as a weight loss drug, I am not looking forward to possible increased nausea. I will also have to maintain a high fibre diet.

I had a prof who once explained his college era food budget to be a large bag of potatoes. He would just eat (at least) one whole microwaved potato daily. Until he got a decent paying job.
