Years ago, I cross stitched a sign for my dad that said “Come back with a warrant”. Gonna have to up my crafting game and make one of these now.

Just saw a couple wearing t-shirts in a Filipino restaurant (I'm here for a relative's b-day) that said "CHINGA VO' NANA" (the lady) and "COÑO VO' NANA" (the dude) and I busted out laughing so hard.

What an incredibly bad take that I saw on LinkedIn today. Every single one of his points (a)-(e) are wrong. Moreover, affinity bar associations aren't state actors so the 14th Amendment doesn't apply. I can't believe this guy spent money to promote this bad take. 😂

Ilan Wurman's anti-birthright citizenship Supreme Court amicus. I won't mince words. He bastardizes the common law. It is a methodologically bankrupt approach to the history of Anglo-American constitutionalism. It is little more than preening to gain someone's favor, but certainly not a scholar's.
