You can disagree and argue as much as you like but the point of evaluating something scientifically is that not every statement should be given equal credence because evidence matters
JD Vance: "Science as practiced in its best form is that if you disagree with it, then you ought to criticize it and you ought to argue against it."

The Christo-fascists running America don't understand 'bottom up' cultural dynamics and like anyone who doesn't understand how the world works they subscribe to conspiracy theories which fit their limited worldview.
a key thing about vought — and all of these guys — is that they have a totally top down and hierarchical vision of the world. they believe that the cultural changes they hate can be turned off by destroying the federal government because they can’t imagine that they emerged bottom-up in society
What he’s railing against is a profound shift in culture, status… He’s obsessed with the idea that America is controlled by a leftist “ruling elite” - but “elite” isn’t defined socio-economically or by political power, it means something like: Getting to define “real America” and who gets to belong.

Good example of how question phrasing influences your outcome. If, say, you replaced the raw numbers of net migrants and permanent intake with their proportion of Australia's total population, which are 1.14% and 0.67%, I promise you the support for reducing migration would not be this high
#ResolvePM This question if correctly quoted is unsatisfactory; its results should be ignored. Presents one side of the debate only, and also refers to L-NP reducing immigration when it is not the government and there is no way yet of knowing when or if it again will be.

Yes, this is literally eugenics - the very core of Nazi ideology.
As a disabled person: this is a terrible take. Eugenics and fascism have always gone hand in hand. Along with Jews, disabled people were one of the first groups the Nazis focused on in the Holocaust. We have always been at the forefront of fascist minds. Hence why they use ableist slurs so easily.
That Trump and Trumpism are fascist doesn’t explain the sheer vandalism of unleashing mass murdering mayhem via RFK to replace medical/scientific institutions of immense value and prestige with medieval peasant superstitions. That is a criminal madness facilitated by but above and beyond fascism.

The elites in Germany in the 1930s fell in line rather quickly too, those that did not were persecuted (or outright eliminated). That is the lesson the Dems and corporate leaders have decided to heed. They are all terrified.
Oddly no response from the supposed opposition party.

What the thing that all these states (bar Virginia) have in common? They voted for Trump in 2024. They are Red states. Where will they be occupying? Blue states and cities. This is a civil war, broken down along party lines. Make no mistake about it.
Documents obtained by FOX News show planning for activations in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wyoming – with status effective from August through mid-November.

The Romans knew that the *absolute* priority was ensuring the legions were paid well, and on time - it was precisely when they weren't that things began to fall apart (quickly) and the Empire hurtled towards collapse.
A lack of timely compensation might affect some National Guard members' loyalty to the cult leader.

Leave it to a Dem to try to prevent it.

This is a occupation - and it is not hyperbolic to describe it as a civil war at all. I have always said this was where the US was headed, to the point of stating that it wouldn't be north and south this time - but red vs. blue.
The federal government is about to wage a campaign of terror against any blue city or state using a domestic army of red state National Guard members.

This should be seen as a declaration of war against the country and people cannot continue going on like normal.
NEW: Pentagon officials tell Fox News that Trump will mobilize up to 1,700 National Guardsmen in 19 states (18 with GOP governors, plus NM? maybe an error?) from August through mid-November under Title 32, Section 502(f).
