Christ I’m soo tired of leadership challenges against sitting PMs whatever the party. Nobody cares about your internal fucking popularity contests. Just get on with the job and try not to make quite such an arse of it.

There was a dude at the Adam Ant gig in Hammersmith last night, who looked like he posseses everything ever released by Neu!, Can, Kraftwerk, Faust and Cluster nodding along to virtually every song.

The gig itself? The band were superb, Adam focused, with his timeless stage presence intact.

Mick Lynch: Rail Privatisation Has Been 30 Years of Failure
The privatisation of British Rail began this month in 1993. It created a system that prioritises profit above the wellbeing of both workers and passengers — and it's time to bring it to an end, writes...

I can't claim to being a TV fan back in the day, but I was never going to turn down the chance to speak to Wendy James or review her gig at The Brook.
I have a lot of admiration for an artist who still loves what she does and appreciates those who come to watch her do it.
