You also pay less in interest if you can buy the home up front. Or if you do a 5 or 10 year mortgage. It's an affordability issue. Ppl young and old want to be able to eat avocado toasts sometimes and have a home too. Also for flippers- lower monthly payments means less stress on your biz
Communicating why a 50 year mortgage costs more, overall, than a 30 year mortgage should not be a hard task.

I understand this in a vacuum- if I'm building a roster from scratch it's probably Herbert- but the way the Eagles are constructed- it's not a question- and we saw why in February. For these Eagles - only Lamar is better- Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes are intriguing- but not definitely better.

I don't understand why Russia and China have to be constantly framed as adversaries. What did they do to the US, ever? We in the US need to start with the understanding that to lost of the global south, yes- we are the baddies.
Russia and China, have ramped up recruitment efforts targeting US federal employees—particularly those recently fired or at risk of termination. These efforts are unfolding aggressively on LinkedIn, where adversaries are reaching out under the guise of job opportunities, networking, and consulting.
