(IEEPA), the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.) (NEA), section 101 of the Insurrection Act (10 U.S.C.$ 251), section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 (8 U.S.C. $ 1182(f), section 301 of title 3, United States Code, and my inherent authority as Commander in Chief to protect the national security and ensure the faithful execution of the laws, I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, find that the potential for domestic and foreign actors to interfere in or undermine confidence in United States elections, particularly through the unauthorized access, manipulation, or malfunction of voting systems and infrastructure, constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy. and economy of the United States.
