Someone left their new Range Rover idling in central coop garage a while ago. Like, keys in ignition while they popped down to shop. In retrospect I think it might’ve been b/c they used an ADA space w/o an ADA placard, & somehow the risk of a stolen car was < the near-0 chance they got ticketed?

Well, that only took two months compared to Vanguard's 3 days. I'm going to have a party once I'm able to roll the lion's share of that $ over to Vanguard if that is possible (unclear if as a non-spouse I am permitted to do so).
Correctly, it seems because, SURPRISE!, although I am told I have to take a minimum withdrawal, the tech isn't working to start that process. LMAO.
