Yes, we pay multiple times for fossil fuels in the US. Subsidies; pump or utility bills; poorer health when close to FF processing or from airborne particulate matter from gas/diesel vehicle exhaust & wildfires ; worse weather from the CO2 pollution blanketing the earth. We pay for them to kill us.
