This applies regardless of how you book - not just directly through the airline!
If your agent/third party site isn’t responding/assisting, you can approach the carrier directly, but it should be handled by the booking channel you purchased through whenever possible

Friendly reminder: If your flight gets canceled or massively delayed in the coming weeks and you booked directly with the airline, you are entitled to a refund, not just a voucher. But you have to decline any rebooked flight, credit, miles, or voucher they offer.

Milk/cream(evap works)
S&P
Veg in pot (water about 1” over the veg) + some dill + S&P (make it quite salty). Boil till spuds VERY soft. Mash some in pot to thicken. Add dairy & heat thru. Top w butter.
