There are 435 seats in the US House of Representatives.

The fact that less than 40 are remotely competitive is a fucking crisis.

It's called gerrymandering, and it's the cause of your dissatisfaction with Congress.

The people's house does not truly reflect the people.
DCCC announced 35 Republican-held districts they’re targeting for 2026. That’s a massive number, and I expect it to grow with the economy tanking. Lot of momentum on the Dem side right now.

The Dallas ICE office is involved in a mass removal effort targeting nearly 200 people — many without removal orders — scheduled to be deported to El Salvador today.

This is not just cruel – it is lawless. I refuse to stay quiet while families are being torn apart, and lives are being put at risk.

This is an obvious point, but cannot overstated. There is an enormous difference between deporting someone - where they get off a plane as a free citizen in their home country AND FUNNELING THEM INTO A BRUTAL PRISON FROM WHICH THEY HAVE NO CHANCE OF EVER EMERGING!!!
