A lot of Dems in Congress still do not understand just how trump not only wrecked the GOP but at the same time exposed the rot of the corporate Dems. It's high time the Dems exorcise the ghost of Ronald Reagan from the Democratic party and reverse the party's identity and role as the GOP lite.

I advise friends, family - don't buy a house based on the max you can afford, the pretty counters, the sales pitch. 2 incomes? Buy based on one - not both. Why?
Taxes, insurance go up. Jobs can be lost. Utilities go up. Get sick? Income goes down. Have kids? Expenses go up. Shit happens.
