Jan 6th was an attack on multiracial democracy but it was also a White Lives Matter riot. Many of the rioters were mad about the Black Lives Matter movement and felt police/govt were too lenient. They went to the Capitol to remind everyone that white (men's) violence is the only legitimate kind.

Addendum to a previous post from someone I trust. It wasn't a random station. But the idea that he's calling his billionaire buddies to brag/inform/make things up about national security issues in a public or private forum is still jaw-dropping.
Though far from the most important detail, Trump didn't spill the details of an alleged strike on some random podcast, as others have said—he was talking to billionaire John Catsimatidis, owner of the radio station, who's extremely well-connected in NY politics. Trump personally called him to chat.
Trump says US bombed alleged drug facility in Venezuela. No one knows if it’s true.
It could be a lie from social media, or a conflation of other stories. Either way, Americans need to know.

When I went to the doctor last week, I was the only one wearing a mask. When I went back this week, EVERYONE on staff was wearing one. If you stay ready (masked and jabbed), you won't have to get ready.

Everyone knows about Ahmed al-Ahmad, the Syrian Muslim migrant who took down one gunman. Another man, a Middle Eastern refugee, ran into a firefight and kicked the gun away from the other gunman. Police shot him, and bystanders kicked him in the head while he was down, thinking he was the terrorist.

Kirk's last book was about honoring the Sabbath and that tracks with Project2025's goal of businesses paying time and a half every Sabbath. Many employers will stop or reduce scheduling workers on Sunday. Some business might close. And the federal government will enforce a religious prohibition.
