Please excuse any tardiness. I’m a fan with a job, etc., doing this in my free time.

NFL won’t allow teams to make accounts on Bluesky as of now. NFL wants some kind of financial deal or sponsorship.

My guess is that’s why the major NFL broadcasters, ESPN, Fox, CBS, etc., who could post NFL clips and content, aren’t on Bluesky either. They want to appease NFL + their leverage.

“All five NFL TV partners — CBS, ESPN, Fox, NBC and Prime — politicked to carry Packers-Bears or 49ers-Eagles, viewed as the top two first-round matchups… the NFL chose to lean into its burgeoning relationship with Prime.”
Why NFL chose Packers-Bears wild-card game for Prime Video

Putting my fan cap on here, but...

Dennis Allen's Saints defenses ran man coverage 55% of the time. Bears this year are in man coverage 27.6% of the time. Man coverage is down league-wide, but still, that might be an indication of DA's scheme and the current personnel being somewhat mismatched.
Via Mark Grote, Jaquan Brisker postgame:

"We were playing a whole bunch of man today. No help in the middle. Lotta picks and rubs. Really, they schemed us up, and we had to do a better job covering. They just got us in the right call. They just out schemed us, just being honest.”
