@mals.foundation - the chronic notebook - with of not chronic illness, you normalize things most people won't ever feel. You normalize high levels pain, remembering how pain-free feels, medical procedures and trauma, and needing to rest after a shower. People see you surviving but not all you had to do to normalize to do so.

There's a direct conflict between the need to reduce ventilation to keep wildfire smoke out of indoor spaces and the need to increase ventilation for virus control, particularly in evacuation centers and shared buildings. To resolve this, evacuation centers should create "cleaner air shelters".
