It really really does. Antibiotics worked like wonders to get the infection down fast, but the energy that it sapped in just the few days before finding out what it was has been hard to replenish in the days since.
But I'm definitely feeling much better overall.

My first bout with Strep Throat, definitely a one-star experience. Would not recommend. Exhausted as fuck still, but the show must go on.

I know that the new semester of courses for my teaching credential have begun, not because the work or such. No, I can tell because I'm back to being quietly annoyed about the amount of Zoom breakout room group stuff.
