Relatedly, it's 20 years later now, so it is time to genderswap that old man right into menopause and wake him up in a puddle of sweat.
Going through a lot of bandfic recs, noticing all the genderswap, and thinking, you know, there should really be a sort of subgenre where the guy wakes up genderswapped and with his period. Because periods are hateful enough to do that to you.

After two days of "why do my legs itch to the point I am scratching them raw?" we have now added "why is my deodorant burning?" so I'm going to assume I am allergic to the moisturizing strip thing on this cheap brand of razors I don't remember buying. Also. MY LEGS ITCH.

My dad got a hearing aid today because I successfully scared the hell out of him with the little Reader's Digest blurb about hearing loss contributing to dementia, so now I have to learn to talk without yelling after like 20+ years.

The county commissioners meeting about potentially barring cooperation with ICE was packed with people in favor of the move. Even the Republican made noises about not being fond of ICE.

#lrt idk what to tell you if you can't figure out how to do a meal plan for a week that incorporates cilantro twice instead of once so you use up the whole bunch. Actually, I do: put the stems in a glass of water, put the plastic produce bag over the leaves, and save it for next week.

In the absence of a functioning computer with optical drive, I am slapping a CD against my phone to see if that will magically transfer its music to a device where I can listen to it.
