You are absolutely correct. So much to unwrap but when the GOP can’t win fairly, there are loopholes and/or gigantic craters i.e. 2016. It has statistically been proven that actual voter fraud is less than 0.03 in the last 80 years. This is not an oxymoron. Legally cast votes are being hijacked.
