In the past week I realized that I have finally fully recovered from 30+ years of narcissistic abuse. I now know how to effectively handle my abusers in a healthy way. I wanted to share this news because I am SO proud of myself and that's a feeling I have rarely gotten to feel throughout my life.🥳💪🏽
