This is very true. Everything you want to learn about any art or craft is freely available on YouTube. The problem is, you then have to do the work, which is the sticking point for many.

what's that thing called in other countries where they have full time workers to backfill roles when folks get sick/go on vacation? it's not a temp, they are trained on various positions and can just step in. anyways, this country is stupid and needs them and i know it will not happen. grrr.
