You can get a rifle at 18.

ID is not necessarily required for private, face to face sales of firearms.

If you don’t have a viable ID to purchase a firearm, there is no timing issue on you getting one and coming back. You can’t “come back to vote” weeks after an election.
Rep. Zach Nunn: "Look, you gotta be 21 to drink, you gotta be 21 to get a gun. You use a driver's license. We should use a driver's license or voter ID to make sure when you show up to vote, one of the most important things you can do as Americans, it's taken care of."

The other word not in this 3,600-word compendium of attacks on Kristi Noem is the word "balloon." There's no mention of the party balloon fiasco in El Paso.
This is a 3,600-word piece airing every bit of dirt Noem's detractors have aired in the last year, presumably to try to get her (and Corey) ousted.

2 words that don't appear anywhere? "Stephen Miller."

Minnesota needs to start a buddy program where local folks help train folks in other states on what they did
Minnesota may gain some respite. But it is left with wounds. Meanwhile, the size of Trumpers' marauding, badly trained militias is growing by the day. They will strike other cities soon.
Gov. Tim Walz: "They left us with deep damage. Generational trauma. Economic ruin in some cases. The left us with many unanswered questions. Where are our children? Where and what is the process of the investigation into those that were responsible for the deaths of Renee and Alex?"
