I came upon this old picture of Ed Koch & myself on the Circle Line (a boat for hire that circles manhattan). At one point I was the VP for the East Side Democrats above the old stream bar on 85th st. I was a fan with Henry Stern & Charles Kaiser before Ed was Mayor.
