Life’s so much better when you don’t log on.
Madani putting his lieutenants out in front like this is really smart, for a variety of reasons. Not the least of which is that accountability starts now.

Mamdani himself will be spending a lot of time cajoling Albany. I’m optimistic he will come through.

The idea that we need to deport 100 million people - almost one out of every three Americans! - was, a year ago, a deranged claim you’d hear from neo-Nazis to give themselves permission for limitless mass violence. Now it’s coming directly from this horrific agency’s horrific press office

President Trump promised punishment for Colorado. And delivered.

Denying disaster funding for wildfires and floods

We don't have a government. We have a bunch of guys who heard things on social media.
We don't have due process. We have entire groups being punished for the alleged actions of a few.
BREAKING

The Trump administration says it has frozen all childcare payments to Minnesota in the aftermath of allegations of fraud by some in the Somali community.

Important: allegations along these lines have existed for years, which has resulted in prosecutions starting with the Biden DOJ.

Here’s Denver Riggleman, Republican and AI executive, who claims that data centers don’t do harm and people are “soiling” themselves in concern. Meanwhile, even AI says that data centers do harm. He is not a serious person. He’s a scavenger, at best, and is enraged that people dare stand in his way.

The referees and umpires in this Seahawks/Panthers game need to be demoted. They’ve missed a handful of games-changing, and obvious, calls.

I figure 2026 will be the year they finally figure out how to make podcast commercials unskippable.

What is striking here, of course, is that no one was apologizing for being white at any point, outside of some very unusual academic hothouse environments.

What the experience as 'apologizing for being white' is actually just 'accommodating non-white people living as full citizens and equals.'

It’s very likely that evidence is being destroyed — not just withheld. Many people need to go prison over this.

I’m so sad that the most boring announcers in all of sports called what was one of the best NFL games in a decade.

Go Hawks.

The Seahawks are in a really tough spot at quarterback after this season. Darnold clearly isn’t going to get them where they want to go and they won’t have a high draft pick any time soon. QB purgatory is a bad place to be.

Macdonald calling his team “great” after not scoring a touchdown against the Colts last week was a harbinger.
December 19, 2025 at 3:35 AM
Yeah, that was very predictable. I have no idea why Macdonald blitzed there. This is Carroll-like stuff from Macdonald.
The Rams are about to step on the Seahawks throat, sadly. McVey smells blood.

As an aside, this is the biggest game of the year so far in the NFL and Al Michaels and Kirk Herbstreit make me want to fall asleep.

Sam Darnold is not the guy. Horrible.

If the Seahawks don’t get pressure on Stafford this game won’t be competitive.

This is the biggest Seahawks game in a decade. Go Hawks, if you don’t mind.

It’s me. I really hate this.
Hot mess at DIA. Nothing getting out, a few aborted landings, barely anything getting in.

That’s what happens with 50-60 mph winds and an approaching front (and wind direction change). Expect a messy night there.

95th and final flight of the year and I’m flying straight into this washing machine. It’s one of the few times that I wish they would’ve canceled the flight.

Oh man. Without Cross, I fear the Seahawks are cooked. They’ll need another 6 field goals from Myers. Brutal, season-altering injury for the team.
For TNF:
-- The Rams list WR Davante Adams (hamstring) as doubtful and say edge Braden Fiske (ankle) is questionable.
-- The Seahawks list OT Charles Cross (hamstring) as out. He has a 2-4 week injury, which means he's back for the playoffs, at the least.

This is a science counterpart to demolishing East Wing at the White House. But with far greater consequences.

These people are dangerous zealots (sort of as Susie Wiles has put it), and every decent person must stand up to stop them.
